§ 4 Confidentiality

The Supplier, Acme AB Acme Group, shall keep all information received from the Customer confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Contact person for this agreement is Eva Karlsson, personal identity number , who is responsible for the Supplier’s obligations under this section.

This undertaking remains in force for five (5) years after the termination of the agreement, irrespective of the reason for termination.

Every file is verified after the change: it ran everywhere it should, stayed inside its scope, and masked data can’t be recovered. You review a sample; every file carries the same proof.
